🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the apartment, please. Feel free to smoke outside—the building entrance is just steps away on the ground floor with a pleasant view. If you open windows to smoke, please ensure smoke doesn't drift inside, and never throw cigarettes out the window.
🤫 Quiet Hours
We have wonderful neighbors and a peaceful community atmosphere. Please keep noise levels low between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM. This is a residential building, and maintaining good relationships with our neighbors ensures everyone enjoys their stay.
🍽️ Dining & Cleanliness
Enjoy meals at the dining table or kitchen
Please avoid eating on beds or living room sofa
Dispose of trash daily to prevent odors (especially important in summer)
Leave dishes and cutlery clean—we appreciate it and you'll earn our 5-star review!
🐾 Pet Policy
An extra fee should apply, to be settle during check-in in cash:
Nightly fee per pet: 10eur. Fee capped at 7 nights — no extra charge for longer stays.
Cats and dogs are welcome, including one large dog.
For other types of pets, two large breeds, or more than two animals, please message us before booking.
🔑 Check-out & Keys
On departure day, simply place the keys on the glass tray in the hallway furniture by the exit door. Please don't leave them in the lock or mailbox. Lost or damaged keys incur a replacement fee as per Airbnb policy.
📋 Guest Registration:
Portuguese law requires all guests to register with AIMA (Immigration & Borders Service). You'll need to show your passport or EU national ID card at check-in—it's a quick 2-minute process required at all Portuguese accommodations.
